Shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility. For most items, we offer shipping either by UPS or USPS. We are happy to assist you with any shipping questions you might have.
We do ship via USPS Priority most of the time. Insurance for up to $50 is provided in the shipping cost.
Making Insurance Arrangements
UPS includes insurance in their shipping rates for items with a value of up to $100. If you want to insure an item or multiple items that total more than $100, select USPS shipping on the checkout page, make your purchase, then phone us with your credit card info after your order to arrange shipping. Here are the current USPS insurance costs:
- Value up to $50 is $1.65 and included in the shipping cost you pay.
- $50.01 to $100 is $2.05.
- $100.01 to $200 is $2.45.
- $200.01 to $300 is $4.60.
- The price per additional $100 of insurance, valued over $300 up to $5,000, is $4.60 plus $0.90 per each $100 or fraction thereof.

Large and heavy items such as furniture require special shipping arrangements. So, if you’re in our shopping cart and find a piece of furniture you want to buy, you’ll see a notice that you will need to phone us about finalizing the purchase and making shipping arrangements. The cart won’t let you complete a furniture purchase online.
We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipment. We recommend that you add insurance with your purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If an item is returned the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
